Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina, Cancun

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were modern and very comfortable with a lovely wrap-around balcony, I was disappointed when I didn't receive the two big beds I expected. The service left a lot to be desired, as the staff were unhelpful and seemed disconnected. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, with easy access to a large shopping center and several dining options nearby. Overall, there were some great aspects, but a few significant letdowns in service quality.

My stay at the resort spa was quite enjoyable, thanks to the clean and comfortable rooms and the beautiful ocean view. The location was ideal, offering privacy while being close to the beach and plenty of dining options. However, the noise from nearby construction and music detracted from the overall experience, and the dining options seemed slightly overpriced. Overall, it was a good value for money considering the amenities provided.
